Raspberries and Blueberries With Honey Zabaglione |

Had this at a fair. Totally enjoyed having this. Quite simple to make. I took a guess as for serving on this. Ingredients:
2 egg yolks |
1/2 cup honey |
1 cup muscat wine |
3/4 cup low-fat yogurt |
1/2 cup raspberries |
1/2 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl over hot water for 10 minutes or until thick. 2. Pour over desired fruit. I had this with Raspberries and Blueberries. How much of these are up to you. 3. ** If mixture is too hot it will curdle. 4. You can also add some more yogurt as a little extra. 5. Enjoy! |
