This Moroccan spice blend is wonderful on lamb or chicken, from Gourmet magazine. You can triple this recipe and keep it in a jar with your other spices.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Store in a cool dry place.
