Rapini All Pizzaiola

This recipe is from Frank D'angelo, of D'angelo Brands. Hubby and I have eaten at his restaurant and the food is fabulous. This is no exception.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 medium garlic cloves
1 cup fresh tomato, diced
500 g rapini, blanched
1 tablespoon oregano
1 ounce white wine (optional)
1 lemon juice
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a pan heat oil and garlic in a medium skillet over medium heat until garlic begins to sizzle, add diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, white wine and sauté for 1 minute.
2. Add blanched Rapini, and bring to a simmer. Add lemon juice and cook for a few more minutes until Rapini are tender stirring occasionally, and serve.
