Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) shortening
1 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
2 cup(s) flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 cup(s) oats
2 cup(s) rice krispies
1 cup(s) coconut (optional)
1/2 cup(s) butter
4 cup(s) powdered sugar
2 tablespoon(s) cold water
Directions:
1. Icing: Mix 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup shortening, 4 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 Tbsp cold water.
2. Cookies: Mix Shortening, Sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, oats, rice krispies and coconut.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Push down with a fork after about 5 minutes.
