This recipe is an friend of mine and it's an family recipe.My friend thought that I might like this one and a few that she sent me last weekend.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups quick oatmeal
2 cups rice krispies
1 cup coconut
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugars.Mix in eggs, all over the ingredients (flour, bs, b/p, vanilla) - with a spoon.Stir in the oatmeal, rice crispies and coconut.Drop from teaspoons on cookie sheet.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
