Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick oats
1 cup corn flakes cereal
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup raisins (optional)
Directions:
1. Cream together shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Drop onto cookie sheet, bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
