Ranch Taco Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
salt
pepper
ground cumin
chili powder
1 cup salsa, divided
1 (16 ounce) package mixed salad greens
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and a sprinkling of cumin and chili powder.
2. Cook chicken and 1/2 cup salsa in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until chicken is done.
3. Combine chicken mixture, salad greens, and cheese in a large bowl, tossing well.
4. Toss with remaining 1/2 cup salsa and dressing just before serving.
5. Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
