Ranch-Style Buttermilk Dressing (Light Version)

Taken from the pages of Light & Tasty magazine, this is a great alternative to the higher fat versions of ranch dressing. Nice on a dinner salad or as a veggie dip.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup 1% fat buttermilk
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Whisk until smooth.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
