Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes until tender. Cut into quarters leaving skins on if desired. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl,combine sour cream,dressing,bacon, parsley,and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
  3. Add potatoes and toss gently.
  4. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
  6. Prepare topping:
  7. Mix remaining cup of cheese with fried onions.
  8. Sprinkle over potatoes and return to oven uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and onions are browned.
