Ranch Dip and Dressing Mix

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 12 months.
  2. Follow directions below to make dip or dressing.
  3. For Dip: In a bowl, combine 1 tbl of dry mix with 1 cup of dairy sour cream.
  4. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
  5. Makes 1 cup of dip for chips or veggies.
  6. For Dressing: Mix 1 cup of mayo with 1 cup of buttermilk and add 1 tbl of dry mix.
  7. Shake or whisk to combine well and refrigerate.
  8. Makes 2 cups of salad dressing.
