Ramous Gin Fizz (Emeril Lagasse)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 -ounce simple syrup
2 ounces half-and-half
*1 large egg white
2 to 3 dashes orange flower water
splash lemon juice
splash lime juice
crushed ice
club soda
1 lime wedge, for garnish
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the ice, club soda, and lime wedge in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice and top off with a splash of club soda. Garnish with the lime wedge and serve.
