Ingredients:
3/4 cup kidney beans
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 onion
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cups water
1 tomato
4 hot pepper
Directions:
1. Soak Kidney beans in water for 2 hours
2. Put 4 cups water to boil in a pressure cooker
3. Add Kidney beans, salt, turmeric and cook on Medium for 30 minutes.
4. In a separate pan heat olive oil, add cumin, ginger, garlic, onion, cook till golden brown
5. add tomato, coriander powder, cook till oil separates
6. Once done, mix with boiled kidney beans. Serve with Basmati rice
