Ingredients:
2 roasted red and yellow bell peppers, peeled, seeded and sliced
2 roasted poblano peppers, peeled, seeded and sliced
4 plum tomatoes, skin charred and chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lime
salt
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients together and season with salt. Serve immediately.
