Raisins, Nuts n' Bulgur

This goes great with any curry dish also with poultry dishes. Loaded with fiber. Nice flavor
Ingredients:
1 cup bulgur
2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup golden raisin
1/2 cup dark raisin
1/2 cup pine nuts or 1/2 cup almonds
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300F degrees.
2. In a buttered 1 quart casserole dish mix all the ingredients except the nuts.
3. Bake uncovered for 30-45 min or until the moisture is absorbed and the wheat is tender.
4. Fluff with a fork.
5. Garnish with nuts.
