Ingredients:
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato salad dressing
Directions:
1. Place spinach on a salad plate; top with the raisins, walnuts and cheese. Drizzle with dressing. Yield: 1 serving.
