Raisin Sauce for Ham

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Add flour and salt and mix to form a paste.
  3. Add cider gradually, and stir constantly to make a smooth sauce.
  4. Add raisins and serve over ham.
