use for ham, tongue or ham croquettes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
pepper
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup seedless raisin
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together in a saucepan.
2. Slowly stir in water and lemon juice.
3. Add raisins.
4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until of syrup consistency.
5. Serve hot or cold.
