we like this topped with Cool Whip..You will need a 9 baked pie shell for this pie
Ingredients:
1 cup raisins
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla
cool whip, thawed
Directions:
1. Bring to a boil raisins and water.
2. Beat sugars, flour, eggs and water together.
3. Cook until thick.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Add butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
6. Cool to room temperature.
7. Pour into baked pie shell and top with Cool Whip.
