Raisin Chocolate Chip Oat Bran Muffins

Healthy, High Fiber, Oat Bran Muffin with Raisins and Chocolate Chips
Ingredients:
3/4 cup wheat flour
1/3 cup oat bran
1/3 cup flax seed meal
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup carrot, grated
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2. In a bowl mix together all the dry ingredients. To this stir in carrots and raisins. Combine milk, beaten eggs and vanilla. Pour this liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix gently. Now stir in chocolate chips and combine until all the ingredients are incorporated. Do not over mix.
3. Bake for 15 minutes.
