It is a easy cooking cake and it tastes really good with the raisins. If you do not want to add raisins maybe add walnuts.
Ingredients:
200 g butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups self raising flour
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/4 cups milk
4 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Beat the eggs until it bubbles and then pour to big bowl.
3. Add flour and milk and mix thoroughly.
4. Add raisins.
5. Bake for 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
6. Cool and serve.
