Raisin Biscuits

Slighty dry, scone-like in texture cookie. A delicious variation to these would be to replace the raisins with dried cranberries and add some orange zest to the dough.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter (cold)
3/4 cup milk
raisins, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
3. Add butter un cut into preperation with 2 knifes until crumbly consistence.
4. Add milk and mix with a fork until the dough forms into a ball.
5. Add raisins.
6. Roll out dough into a 40cm x 25cm rectangle.
7. Cut into 40 rectangles.
8. Place rectangles onto a greased cookie sheet.
9. Bake approximately 10 minutes.
