Ingredients:
1/2 cup green peppers
1/2 cup red peppers
1/2 cup yellow peppers
1/2 cup orange peppers
1 large spanish onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
garlic powder
ground black pepper
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 can sliced black olives
1 cup rice
Directions:
1. Chop peppers and onions into small pieces. Saute peppers and onions in olive oil and season with garlic and black pepper. Add mushrooms and olives to the mix. Slow cook 1 cup of rice with water according to package instructions. When done add peppers, mushrooms, onions and olives.
