Another Great Fruit Salad for Spring and Summer, This One is Colorful...and A Crowd Pleaser!
Ingredients:
fruit salad
2 cups of cubed watermelon
4 peeled and sliced kiwi
1 cup of green seedless grapes sliced in halves
1 cup of seedless red grapes sliced halves
1 cup of red raspberries
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 cup of strawberry halves
2 cups of fresh pineapple chunks
2 cups of cantalope melon balls made small
2 cups of honey dew melon balls made small
topping
2 cups of sour cream
1 cup of dannon vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup of sugar
mint sprigs for garnish
Directions:
1. Mix All Fruit In A Large Bowl...
2. and Lightly Toss to Mix
3. Then Put Small to Medium Portions
4. Into Wine Glasses or Glass Bowls
5. Next Mix Sour Cream, Yogurt and Sugar Together...
6. Add A Tablespoon of The Cream Topping to The Top Of Each Fruit Salad and Garnish with A Sprig of Mint Sitting Atop The Cream.
