1 tablespoon lower-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey

3/4 cup julienne-cut carrot
3/4 cup julienne-cut daikon radish
3/4 cup julienne-cut yellow squash
3 tablespoons cilantro leaves
Directions:
1. Combine dark sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and salt in a medium bowl. Add carrot, daikon radish, and yellow squash; toss. Top with cilantro leaves.
