Rachel's Baked Pork Chops

This is Rachel Fortune's submission for the June 2011 Southern themed recipe swap.
Ingredients:
4 small boneless pork chops
2 slices bread
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash seasoning salt
1 dash salt and pepper
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Toast bread and crumble.
3. Add garlic powder, season salt, salt & pepper to taste.
4. Salt pork chops.
5. Dip in butter to coat both sides.
6. Dip in bread crumbs on both sides.
7. Lay on a non greased pan.
8. Cook for 40-45 minutes or until they are white all the way through.
9. Enjoy!
