Rabbit With Rosemary

Ingredients:
1 rabbit
1 onion, minced
3 tablespoons oil
2 garlic cloves
1 sprig rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon parsley
2 cups white wine
2 tomatoes
4 potatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Fry the rabbit and onion in oil.
2. Mash together the garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley; add to white wine.
3. Pour over rabbit; add tomatoes.
4. Cover and cook 45 minutes at slow simmer.
5. Add potatoes.
6. Cook 30 more minutes until rabbit is done.
