Ingredients:
1/4 cup quinoa
1/2 cup frozen peas
3/4 cup frozen green beans
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 pinch pepper
1/2 bell pepper
Directions:
1. Put 1/2 tsp olive oil in a pan and heat. Add quinoa and cook stirring occasionally until you can hear it popping and it starts to smell like popcorn. Add garlic and pepper, and stir for another minute. Add boiling water to cover quinoa and cook 5 mins. Add veg and more boiling water to cover. Cook 5 mins more. Done!
