Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in pan. saute onion and garlic. add cooked quinoa and blacks, then tomato and spices.
