quinoa, broccoli, peppers
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. soak quinoa for 30 min
2. rinse and repeat 3x
3. bring to boil 1 1/4 cups water and 1 cup quinoa
4. once it boils, bring to simmer, cover and cook for 20 min
5. chop peppers and broccoli
6. once quinoa is cooked put in mixing bowl and add veggies, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, galirc powder, onion powder all to taste
