Quinoa Apple Almond Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons of honey
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup apple
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup almonds
Directions:
1. Rinse quinoa and bring to a boil , turn down and simmer for
2. about 15 minutes and water is absorbed ,fluff with fork and
3. allow to cool
4. In a small bowl mix honey, lemon juice and salt add oil slowly
5. Add all of the other ingredients and dressing mix.
6. Enjoy
