Quinoa and Sesame Seed Bread

From my Breadman book. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. I haven't tried this yet.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons barley malt syrup
1/2 teaspoon liquid lecithin
1/3 cup sesame seeds
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons quinoa, grain
3 tablespoons whey powder
2 tablespoons gluten flour
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in the bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions.
2. Select Basic Wheat cycle and Light crust.
