Ingredients:
1 package(s) linquine or saimin
1 package(s) bean sprouts
4 tablespoon(s) peanut oil
6 tablespoon(s) low salt shoyu
Directions:
1. In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil Add noodles to boiling water. Stir noodles. Cook for only 2 minutes if using saimin. Otherwise cook according to package directions. Drain part of hot water over washed bean sprouts in colander. If using saimin do no rinse noodles. Spread noodles on a platter. Toss bean sprouts with noodles. Add other veggies as desired (brocolli, etc.). Microwave sauce ingredients together for about 30 seconds with a poly vinyl covering (otherwise contents might splash). Pour heated sauce over noodles - toss noodles. Garnish with green onions or egg as desired.
