Quick Turkey Chili

Ingredients:
1/2 kg ground turkey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (680 ml) can pasta sauce
1 (540 ml) can black beans
1 (341 ml) can corn, nibblets
4 celery ribs (chopped)
1 red pepper (chopped)
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
1 (796 ml) can crushed tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 white onion
Directions:
1. Pour olive oil into a non-stick or cast iron pan on medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until there are no pink parts.
2. Remove turkey to a clean plate and cook sliced onions and garlic in remaining oil.
3. Transfer onions, garlic and turkey to a large pot. Add pasta sauce, tomatoes, celery, pepper, black beans, corn and spices. Stir until well combined.
4. Cook over medium-low heat until celery is tender.
5. Enjoy!
