Quick Tomato Chilli Salsa

A quick and easy dip to whip up. Serve with your favourite savoury biscuits, or veges to kep it healthy and low carb!
Ingredients:
3 tomatoes, chopped
fresh chili to taste
1 tbs fresh basil, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
dash of olive oil
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine eveything in a bowl.
2. Serve as is, or microwave/stove top boil for 2-3 mins.
3. Pop into a bowl, and you're ready to go!
4. Flavours really mingle if you leave it to sit for a while, but it is great as it is....
