Quick & Tasty Tuna Salad

Low-fat and filling lunch.
Ingredients:
5 ounces tuna fish , packed in water, drained
1 tablespoon no-fat mayo
1 tablespoon pickle relish , no sugar or dill
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
3 tablespoons sweet red pepper, minced
1/2 teaspoon tarragon, dried
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes , halved
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1 cup romaine lettuce , chopped
1 salt or pepper for added taste (i used seasoned)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients other than lettuce and tomatoes. Place lettuce on a plate and top with tuna mixture. Garnish with tomatoes. Serve with Wasa fiber crisp bread, if desired.
