Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium mixing bowl mix brown sugar, oat bran, baking soda, baking powder, salt and ground cinnamon.
  2. In blender put bananas and liquify, add egg, melted margarine, & honey liquefying as needed after each addition. to mix well.
  3. Pour mixture from blender over dry ingredients and mix well with spatula.
  4. Put 1/4 dry cup measure in each Paper baking cup.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove to rack to cool and store in covered container.
