Quick Salmon-Macaroni Salad

This salad goes together almost in a flash! And it tastes terrific, too. Recipe came from a Betty Crocker cookbooklet sold at the checkout stands.
Ingredients:
4 ounces elbow macaroni
1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
0.5 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, with oil
2 tablespoons italian dressing
capers
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain again.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients. Chill at least 4 yours.
