Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beef or turkey (and peppers, onions).
  2. Add sauce.
  3. Heat until warm throughout.
  4. Add pasta, cottage cheese, and 1/2 of mozzerella.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Put in casserole dish; top with remaining cheese (more or less) and stick in oven at 275 until cheese is melted.
