Quick Lime And Chili Shrimp |

This is a wonderfully different twist for shrimp. It's kinda spicy, and sorta limey, but completely delicious! Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp |
3/4 c. lime juice |
1/2 c. butter |
1 tsp. chili powder |
1 tsp. garlic powder |
1/2 tsp sea salt |
1/4 tsp white pepper |
1/2/tsp ground cumin |
1/2/c. chopped onion |
1/2 c. chopped celery |
1 tbl. parsley flakes |
1 lb. prepared angel hair pasta |
Directions:
1. Pour lime juice into 10 in. skillet, over med.-low heat. 2. Add all spices, and bring to a slow boil. Simmer till spices are absorbed. 3. Add butter and melt. 4. Increase heat to full boil. 5. Add shrimp. Heat through, 3-5 minutes. 6. Serve over warm angel hair immediately. |
