Ingredients:
2 cups yogurt (any kind flavored)
2 tablespoons brown sugar or 2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
bowl fresh fruit, cut up into slices
Directions:
1. Stir brown sugar (or honey), cinnamon, and nutmeg into yogurt. Use slices of fruit for dipping.
