A nice cake frosting that isn't too sweet. For the Whipped Dessert Topping, I use Dream Whip. One recipe makes ample frosting for an 9 x 12 cake. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cold 1% low-fat milk |
1 (85 g) envelope whipped dessert topping mix |
1 (113 g) package jell-o instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling, any flavor |
Directions:
1. BEAT milk, whipped topping mix and pudding mixes in deep narrow-bottom bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended.
2. BEAT on high until mixture forms soft peaks.
3. STORE cake with frosting in the fridge.
