Ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix wet ingredients in food processor. Add premixed dry ingredients. Blend together until dry ingredients are just moistened.
2. To bake, preheat oven to 375°F Grease bottoms only of medium size muffin cups, fill to 2/3 full. Bake at once in a preheated 375F oven until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
