Quick Cucumber Salad

I make this when I don't really have a side dish to go with my meal, and it's quick, easy, and tasty!
Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers
1/2 cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar (it's better with white though!)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt (just a shake or two if you don't want to measure)
1/4 teaspoon pepper (same applies here)
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
1 tablespoon dill
Directions:
1. Peel and Cut cucumbers into bite-sized pieces and put into bowl
2. Mix vinegar, lemon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved
3. Pour over cucumbers
4. Add the salt, pepper, dill and oil
5. Gently mix together
6. Chill until served!
