Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, halved and sliced
2 onions, halved and sliced
1 cup roasted red pepper, dressing (annie's brand)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil and dressing until boiling.
2. Pour over onions, let cool and add cucumbers, salt, and pepper.
