Quick Cream Gravy

Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 cup water
1 (1.2-oz.) package roasted chicken gravy mix
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions:
1. Bring wine to a boil over medium heat in a small saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook 1 minute. Add water; whisk in gravy mix and pepper. Increase heat to medium, and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 3 minutes or until thickened. Whisk in cream.
2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Knorr Roasted Chicken Gravy Mix.
