This is a quick, easy and healthy breakfast that fills me up until lunch.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cottage cheese
1 large banana, sliced
4 tablespoons yogurt (flavour of choice)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in your breakfast bowl and enjoy!
2. Measurements don't have to be exact, I just prefer more yogurt than cottage cheese.
