This coleslaw is quick, easy, and tangy. I created it myself while trying to cut down on purchased or processed foods. Prep time includes shredding the cabbage and carrots, which can be reduced if you purchase them already shredded. It makes only about 1-2 cups once it is mixed up, as the vegetables are compacted.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons miracle whip
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon horseradish
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Add to cabbage and carrots.
3. Done!
4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
5. This recipe can be increased proportionately for more servings.
