Ingredients:

  • 28 oz. chili beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions:

  1. I just throw everything in at once. Let the ground turkey cook with all the seasoning and broth. Chop it up as it cooks/thaws. It is so good when everything cooks together and since the turkey is so low in fat there is no grease to drain. Just mmm mmm goodness.
  2. Add a spoonful of low fat sour cream and a sprinkle of shredded cheese for a bonus.
