Made with out chicken meat to cut down the cholesterol.
Ingredients:
14 1/2 ounce chicken broth
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
2 ounces dry noodles or 4 ounces fresh noodles
1/8 teaspoon thyme or poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon parsley
Directions:
1. In a medium sized pot combine stock, veggies and spices except parsley.
2. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in parsley and serve.
