Quick Chicken Dinner For 2

This is one I use when I've been busy all day and need something tasty, but fast.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
4 chicken thighs
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water
2 carrots, cut in 1 inch slices
2 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 1/2 cups frozen peas
Directions:
1. Melt butter in deep skillet.
2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
3. Sprinkle chicken with seasonings.
4. Add water; cover.
5. Cook on med for 8 minutes.
6. Add carrots, potatoes and peas.
7. Bring to a boil.
8. Reduce heat back to med; cook, covered for another 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
